Caramel malts give the beer a particularly full body. The German noble hops variety Hüll Melon allows an aromatic taste experience. The top-fermented Kölsch yeast gives the beer a unique fruitiness.
With 100 Blumen - 1010 we have brewed a pale beer that stands out in the taste of conventional beers and therefore introduces as a beginner beer in the diversity of the beer world.
